The Small Town Lottery (STL) draws are conducted daily, from Monday through Sunday.
The PCSO is conducting five major jackpot-bearing games, four major digit games, and STL games in the Philippines. How do I play the STL games?
STL Pares Techniques:
- Pay the bet and pick your numbers between 1 and 40.
- Drawing is done using the single-chamber machine, same like EZ2. The machine is kicked back for the second winning number following the first number drawn.

Update July 7, 2024: Starting July 13, 2024 the present PCSO e-lotto app will not be accessible. PCSO officially announced that this is a result of a change to new and better e-lotto technologies. Lotto aficionados can still buy their tickets at the closest lotto locations in the meanwhile.
