You can play the lottery at any authorized outlet of the PCSO. You will need to mark two (2) numbers on one panel out of the numbers 1 to 40 to determine your STL Pares combination. As with EZ2, this machine uses a single chamber for drawing. In case the second winning number is not drawn after the first one is drawn, the machine is restarted. Mechanics of STL Swer2
Ensure that the lotto outlet is PCSO-authorized. On a single panel, mark two (2) numbers out of 0 to 9 to select your STL Swer2 combination. You can now select the amount you want to play. Ticket amount must be paid in full. Wait until the Swer2 results are announced before keeping the ticket safe. All PCSO lotto outlets have imposed new rules and regulations regarding the sale of tickets during the pandemic to ensure the minimum level of safety and health.
COVID-19 will be minimized if not stopped in this way.
- Wear a face mask. A bet cannot be placed by a player without a face mask.
- The physical distance between two people should always be one (1) meter.
- Pens should be brought with you.
- The lotto outlet sells alcohol and sanitizers. Don’t bet without sanitizing.

- Lotto winnings can only be claimed by people who are 18 years old or older.
- Tickets issued by STL must be checked by players for accuracy.
- Only cities and provinces without localized STL draws are eligible for PCSO STL draws.
- Every time a winning ticket is purchased from an authorized outlet or agent, they receive a 1% commission.
- In any PCSO branch office or outlet, you can claim Lotto prizes of between 20 pesos and 10,000 pesos.
- A PCSO branch office or PCSO main office can award prizes between P10,000.00 and P300,000.00.
- PCSO’s main office is the only place to claim Lotto Prizes up to P300,001.00.
- Betting at PCSO Lotto outlets should follow safety protocols.
